The coffee finca (farm) is at an altitude of 1250 meters (4101 feet) ocated near San Vito, Coto Brus, on the slopes of the Talamanca mountain range. The women owned farm is committed to sustainable farming and preservation of natural recourses. The farm also supports local communities and a family that works on the farm. Their coffee is truly unique and delightful, love and care can truly be tasted in every cup.

The tour includes a walk through our sustainable coffee plantation. Visitors will learn the development process of the coffee plant up to the point of recollection of the ripe berry. They will also learn about the farm history, varieties of plants, the geography and climate of the region. The tour is followed by a visit to the rancho where surrounded by our gardens and with an amazing view to the plantation and surrounding mountains, a coffee tasting session takes place. Visitors will learn how to taste coffee, learn about the different methods of making coffee and taste our delicious coffee. We give a 50 gr coffee sample to each visitor and always have fresh lemonade to offer.

The farm conserves an area of primary forest that connects to the Amistad International Park (inscribed on the World Heritage List of UNESCO in 1990).

Optional Full Experience:

Stay overnight on the farm for $70/night in one of the cabins (2 persons) including breakfast, tour and coffee tasting. Add $20 each person for dinner, which includes 2 beers.
